Smudge Collection

Smudging is a cultural ceremony practiced by many Indigenous and non-Indigenous people all over the world.  They are used for medicinal, practical and spiritual purposes that includes a prayer and the burning of sacred medicines. Sage, Sweetgrass, Cedar and Tobacco are the four sacred medicines of the Indigenous people...we use them daily in our lives. Colonization suppressed the practice but it has survived and is now a beautiful and highly honoured practiced.
