Return Policy

At Shining Bear Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your items, subject to the following conditions:

• Condition: Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with the tag still attached.
• Store Credit: Returns are eligible for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
• Custom Orders: All sales are final on custom orders. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items.
